  • Abble to swim about 25 meters.
  • To be at least 7 years old.
  • Not to be afraid of water.
  • To be in good physical condition (hight season).
Depending on your choiceand duration of your descent, you have to provide yourself with :
  • Sport clothes adapted to the season
  • Plastid shoes or running shoes
  • Solar protection
  • Sun glasses with cord
  • Hat
  • Owels
  • Disposable camera (it is unadvised to bring a valued camera or a video camera).
